Over the past several decades, the incidence of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) has sharply increased. Despite a growing patient population, the rapidly expanding field of NET research and treatment remains relatively foreign to many health care providers. NANETS thus created the regional conference program, a series of one-day events focusing on educating community health care providers on the standard management of care for NET patients, as well as new therapeutic approaches.

Our goal for these conferences is to partner with centers to further develop regional NET teams, increase patient access to clinical trials and improve the ability for NET patients to receive a comprehensive, multidisciplinary management plan.
