To ensure enrollment, register and pay online or complete the registration form online, print and mail it with your tuition payment as soon as possible. To help meet administrative costs, a $50.00 service charge will be assessed on all refund requests received by September 25, 2015: no refunds can be issued after that date. Should conditions warrant, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel this program with a full tuition refund.

￼Target Audience & Educational Methods: This forum is designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other health professionals from a variety of settings and levels to include the specialties of oncology, endocrinology, surgery, pathology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, nuclear medicine, interventional and diagnostic radiology, pulmonology, research and primary care. Leading experts in the field will discuss, through lectures and panel discussions, the different aspects of histopathology, surgery, hepatic directed therapy, and various systemic treatments targeted to specific NET origins. Recent scientific progress and current clinical trials will be included and highlighted in oral abstract presentations and poster sessions. There will be several opportunities for audience questions and networking with faculty.
