NET Diagnosis & Management Strategies: A TEAM Perspective

WHEN: October 15-17, 2015
WHERE: Sheraton Austin at the Capitol

Abstracts are available online.

The NANETS Annual Symposium provides a forum for members of the professional neuroendocrine community to come together and discuss research efforts, study case histories, and discuss the future of neuroendocrine research.

The Annual Symposium also creates an invaluable opportunity for mentorship. At the Symposium, long-time neuroendocrine clinicians meet with the new generation of clinicians and researchers to build mentoring relationships. This ensures that the cumulative knowledge of those who have been studying the disease for decades is passed on.

Target Audience & Educational Methods: This forum is designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other health professionals from a variety of settings and levels to include the specialties of oncology, endocrinology, surgery, pathology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, nuclear medicine, interventional and diagnostic radiology, pulmonology, research and primary care. Leading experts in the field will discuss, through lectures and panel discussions, the different aspects of histopathology, surgery, hepatic directed therapy, and various systemic treatments targeted to specific NET origins. Recent scientific progress and current clinical trials will be included and highlighted in oral abstract presentations and poster sessions. There will be several opportunities for audience questions and networking with faculty.

Help grow the neuroendocrine network by attending the Annual Symposium becoming a member. Each member, each abstract, and each voice is an invaluable contribution to our mission.
