2011 Symposium Registration


Registration Will Begin June 13, 2011

This forum is designed for physicians and other health professionals from a variety of practice settings and levels to include the specialties of oncology, endocrinology, surgery, pathology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, research, diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, pulmonology, nuclear medicine and primary care. Please register early as enrollment will be limited.

ACCREDITATION: This activity is currently being planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society. The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Nursing continuing education contact hours will be provided.

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s commission on Accreditation.

CREDIT DESIGNATION:  22.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Attendees are responsible for all airfare, lodging and transportation costs. The program fee of $ 315 (other health professionals or $215 for NANETS members) or $ 375 (physicians or $275 for NANETS members) includes: Catered breaks, breakfast and lunch both days, welcome reception, poster session and all instructional materials.

For one day registration the fee is $250 (physicians or $185 for NANETS members) or $225 (other health professionals or $165 for NANETS members), Please be sure to choose which day you wish to attend. 

To ensure enrollment, register online or complete the registration form below and mail it with your tuition payment as soon as possible. To help meet administrative costs, a $50.00 service charge will be assessed on all refund requests received by October 03, 2011; no refunds can be issued after that date. Should conditions warrant, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel this program with a full tuition refund.
