This forum is designed for physicians and other health professionals from a variety of practice settings and levels to include the specialties of oncology, endocrinology, surgery, pathology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, research, diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, pulmonology, nuclear medicine and primary care. Please register early as enrollment will be limited.

ACCREDITATION: This activity is currently being planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society. The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION: The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

TUITION INFORMATION:

Registration can be done on the website www.nanets.net.  Attendees are responsible for all airfare, lodging and transportation costs. The program fee of $50 for physicians & $25 for other medical professionals includes: Catered break, breakfast and lunch and all instructional materials. To ensure enrollment, register online as soon as possible. To help meet administrative costs, a $35.00 service charge will be assessed on all refund requests received by July 08, 2011; no refunds can be issued after that date. Any registrations received after July 14 will be $90. Should conditions warrant, the sponsors reserve the right to cancel this program with a full tuition refund.
